Our History

Asprey Solutions was formed in 2002 on behalf of its partnering organisation, the BRE subsidiary BPG, to employ the surveyors and IT authors of the Estatepro asset management business as a basis for remaining foremost in the ethical and professional delivery of asset management advice, products and assistance.

Since 2002, our offering has continued to evolve, culminating in a comprehensive and innovative asset portfolio management system, and a wide range of associated consultancy services to meet the needs of social housing enterprises.  Based from our HQ in the Midlands, with easy access to major road networks and airports, we are at the heart of our UK client base.

As one of the last truly independent suppliers of asset management solutions we do not compromise management information, functionality or consultancy services provision to any parent or partner organisation’s goals or cost structures.
