Adra signs with Asprey

Since 2010, Adra has proudly established itself as a trusted and leading provider of homes in north Wales, with a core mission to deliver high-quality social and affordable housing and services to those in need.


Today, Adra provides safe and comfortable homes for over 18,000 people across more than 7,400 properties. The effective management and maintenance of such a substantial housing portfolio, while consistently meeting customer expectations, requires a highly skilled and committed workforce. Adra employs over 380 dedicated staff whose expertise and passion are key to the organisation’s ongoing success.


Looking ahead, Adra has developed an ambitious five-year strategy focused on the responsible management of existing homes and the delivery of new, high-quality, sustainable properties. This plan is underpinned by a strong commitment to community well-being, innovation, and inclusivity across north Wales. The organisation remains steadfast in its goal to increase the supply of new homes, reduce waiting lists, and ensure that everyone in the region has access to safe, affordable housing.


Adra’s work is aligned with the Welsh Housing Quality Standards 2023 (WHQS), which guide its efforts to deliver energy-efficient homes and improved living conditions. Through close collaboration with partners, Adra supports tenants in transforming their lives and enhancing their well-being.


As part of this strategic vision, Adra has recently entered into a three-year partnership with Asprey Management Solutions, acquiring Asprey Assets—a comprehensive platform for all areas of property management, covering strategic and operational asset management as well as compliance and works management. This solution is set to enhance Adra’s service delivery and support its long-term investment in property and community.
