Since 2007, Orwell Housing Association, one of the largest providers of supported housing in Suffolk, has been using a range of Asprey products to manage the condition and compliance of its property portfolio.
In late 2022, Asprey initiated a migration for all asset management clients using our original Estatepro solution to our more advanced and user-friendly platform, Asprey Assets, at no cost. This FOC upgrade offer included an upgrade to any function in use from our holistic property management solution, surpassing Estatepro and competitor systems alike.
Orwell took advantage of this offer and successfully completed the upgrade, also transitioning to Asprey's hosting services and purchasing additional functionalities, including water safety management and Sava Intelligent Energy Standard.
