Energy & Net Zero
Sava (Infoshare): Intelligent Energy
Asprey manages every aspect of its customers’ needs, never subcontracting, except for specific energy efficiency and zero-carbon work delivered in partnership with Sava (now Infoshare), our long-term trusted collaborator who provide the Intelligent Energy solution.
Sava’s Intelligent Energy solution provides advanced tools for modelling energy performance, supporting organisations in planning and delivering energy efficiency improvements and progressing towards net zero carbon targets. Through robust data validation, desktop analysis, and improvement modelling, it enables organisations to balance environmental ambitions with financial considerations and tenant affordability.

Operational Asset Management (Asprey Assets)
Asprey Assets integrates fully with both versions of Sava’s Intelligent Energy solution, plus EPC retrieval from Elmhurst: enabling users to:
- Automatically retrieve and manage energy performance data
- Calculate and monitor SAP ratings
- Model improvements and assess their impact
- Run “what-if” scenarios: understand the outcome on planned works, energy, decency and Housing Quality combined
- Where Intelligent Energy Standard is in use, transfer improvement plans seamlessly into Asprey Assets

Strategic Asset Management (AspireBI)
AspireBI is fully integrated with Intelligent Energy Standard: enabling users to incorporate energy improvement plans directly into financial and strategic modelling. This allows organisations to clearly understand the impact of sustainability interventions on:
- Asset performance & Net Present Value (NPV)
- Long-term portfolio viability
- Environmental, social, strategic & financial objectives: together
- Demonstrable alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory expectations
