How we work

Four principles, applied to every engagement

Permanent UK staff across two offices. Continuity, accountability and trust by default.

Directors and senior staff actively involved in all work streams.

Multi-disciplinary teams with real-world experience: asset management, financial, BI, software, strategy and transformation specialists working together.

Ongoing knowledge sharing, structured account management and practical support: not a procurement-then-vanish service model.

Where we work

Two UK offices, one connected team

Our two hybrid working locations. King’s Lynn houses our HQ, R&D, support and BI functions; Northumberland is our client services hub for project management, consultancy and data analysis.

Headquarters

King’s Lynn, Norfolk

Our HQ, housing research, development, support and BI teams. Centre for product engineering and technical innovation.

Client services

Northumberland

Home to our client services team and equipped for delivery across the UK. Centre for service delivery and innovation.

We have successfully serviced our clients remotely, both to minimise our carbon footprint and more important, to maximise client access to our people.

Continuity & succession

Knowledge transfer is structural, not personal

Our extensive corporate knowledge is embedded across the organisation and readily accessible to clients. This provides valuable continuity in the face of staff absences, turnover, or internal knowledge gaps: challenges frequently encountered within the social housing sector.

Our best-practice knowledge is integral to every implementation, and our structured support and account management approach ensures meaningful knowledge transfer and long-term client capability.

No sales team. By design

We purposely operate without a pre-sales team. Procurement activities are managed by the Asprey consultants who would be involved in any ongoing project: ensuring purchase, product and service continuity, with the right expertise, from the outset.
