Connexus selects AspireBI
Asprey is pleased to announce that Connexus Homes has purchased AspireBI, its strategic asset management and option appraisal solution, building on an existing relationship that began with data consultancy.
Formed in 2017, Connexus is a rural housing association with roots in Shropshire and Herefordshire, providing over 10,000 affordable rented homes and associated support services across the two counties. Its commitment to good-quality, safe and affordable homes sits alongside a wider focus on supporting sustainable rural communities.
Asprey’s initial consultancy brief focused on reviewing available data to establish a baseline position and recommend improvements to data quality and reporting. The project was designed to support a strategic approach to asset management, underpinned by a five-year business plan and a 30-year forecast.
The subsequent purchase of AspireBI marks the next step in the relationship. The solution enables housing providers to assess asset performance and compare investment options, considering financial, social and strategic value to support informed decisions about the future of their homes.
For Connexus, this brings together the focus on reliable data and the tools to support longer-term asset planning, helping connect an understanding of its homes today with investment priorities for the future.
