Papworth Trust selects AspireBI for strategic asset management

Asprey is delighted to welcome disability charity and registered social housing provider Papworth Trust as a new client following its purchase of AspireBI, our strategic asset management solution.

With a history stretching back to 1917, Papworth Trust began as a pioneering settlement providing treatment, housing and employment for people with tuberculosis. That founding commitment to helping people live independently continues today through its housing, care, employment and day opportunity services, supporting disabled people to have greater equality, choice and independence.

Housing remains an important part of the Trust’s work, providing homes that support independent living and meet the needs of disabled people.

AspireBI brings together asset evaluation, option appraisal and sustainability modelling to support informed investment decisions. By helping organisations assess the financial, social and strategic value of different investment options, it provides a structured approach to long-term asset planning.

Chris Bull, Director of Housing and Property, Papworth Trust, said:

“We’re really excited to be getting started with Aspire BI. The platform will give us greater insight into our housing and wider property portfolio, helping us to identify efficiencies, make better-informed decisions and plan effectively for the future of our homes.

We’d also like to thank the whole team at Asprey for their exceptional support throughout the implementation. Their expertise and commitment have been invaluable in helping us reach this important milestone.”

James Whelan, BI Director at Asprey, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Papworth Trust as an AspireBI client. The Trust has a remarkable history of supporting people to live independently, and we are proud to be working with an organisation where homes play such an important role in that mission.

“We look forward to supporting the team with insight that helps them balance financial priorities with the social value of their housing, and plan confidently for the future.”
