Northern Ireland Housing Executive selects Asprey Assets to strengthen strategic asset management

Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE), the Strategic Housing Authority for Northern Ireland has chosen Asprey Assets to support the effective management of its extensive landlord asset portfolio.

The Housing Executive is a non-departmental public body, and a dedicated housing organisation committed to fairness and making a difference for their customers. Its vision is to ensure that everyone has access to an affordable, sustainable, and decent home, appropriate to their needs in a safe, attractive, and climate-resilient place.

NIHE currently manages c83,000 social homes across Northern Ireland, and in 2024/25 invested c£250.1m in stock improvement and maintenance.

In support of its long-term vision and continued commitment to excellence, NIHE has entered into a strategic three-year partnership with Asprey Management Solutions, selecting Asprey Assets—a comprehensive asset management platform encompassing operational asset management and compliance monitoring.

Following a competitive procurement process, Asprey Assets was chosen to:

·         Manage asset data for its portfolio of stock

·         Support investment planning and programme development for its stock

·         Strengthen compliance with legal and regulatory standards

·         Streamline internal operations

·         Enhance reporting capabilities across the organisation
