Thirteen teams with Asprey to build an integrated view of its homes and assets

Housing provider Thirteen has entered a new three-year partnership with Asprey to transform the way it manages home and asset data, helping to strengthen service delivery, improve decision making and support better outcomes for customers across the North East, Yorkshire and Humber.

By working with Asprey Assets, Thirteen will bring its key asset management functions into an integrated platform, with an aim to provide faster insights, smarter investment planning and a more holistic approach to maintaining safe, high-quality homes.

Through the creation of a single, connected environment, the new platform will enhance Thirteen’s data around asset management, energy performance, compliance and investment work.

The partnership with Asprey supports Thirteen’s long-term asset management objectives, which focus on achieving the Future Homes Standard by improving the energy efficiency of its homes, making sure homes are safe and compliant and creating places where customers are proud to live.
