Weaver Vale Housing Trust (WVHT) is a Community Benefit Society committed to creating lasting value for the people and places it serves. For over two decades, WVHT has worked hand-in-hand with local communities, growing to manage more than 6,700 homes across Cheshire and Warrington, alongside garages, shops, play areas and green spaces.

As part of its ongoing commitment to strong governance and high-quality services, WVHT sought an asset management solution that would enhance its asset management capabilities while ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy and compliance across its property portfolio.

Following a rigorous procurement process, Asprey Assets was selected as WVHT’s chosen asset management partner. The Trust is now live on the solution, providing a robust platform to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance and the long-term management of its homes and assets.
