Wrexham Council signs with Asprey

Wrexham County Borough Council serves as the governing body for Wrexham County Borough, a principal area with city status in North Wales, encompassing Wrexham and its surrounding regions. The Council oversees approximately 15,000 properties and assets.

In early 2024, the Council initiated a search for a comprehensive, cloud-hosted Property Asset Management system to efficiently manage their social housing portfolio and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The procurement project has been successfully concluded with the appointment of Asprey Management Solutions and the pending implementation of their Asprey Assets solution.
