Grŵp Cynefin expands use of Asprey's solution

Grŵp Cynefin is the only housing association with homes across all six counties of north Wales and north Powys. Managing around 4,000 properties, the team at Grŵp Cynefin provides housing maintenance, tenant and community support, and new housing development services, with strategic oversight from its Board of Management.

Following the successful launch of Asprey Assets—a comprehensive operational asset management and planned works management solution in 2023, Grŵp Cynefin has now expanded its use of the Asprey Suite by acquiring AspireBI from Asprey. This strategic addition will further enhance its asset management capabilities, empowering data-driven decision-making to support the effective management and long-term value of its property portfolio.

Currently being implemented, AspireBI will streamline strategic asset management and provide deeper insight into future opportunities, enabling Grŵp Cynefin to better align its assets with organisational priorities and long-term sustainability goals.
